What Your Baby is Doing This Week

This week your baby's ears should be in their final place on your baby's head and in the coming weeks, start thinking of what you want to say and even sing, because your baby will able to hear you. The bones in your baby's middle ear and auditory nerve endings to the brain are beginning to develop. Your baby's eyes are continuing to develop and baby's bones will begin to harden starting in the area of the legs.

What Your Body is Doing This Week

This is a great week to start thinking about your coming baby and you should be thinking about more than just a baby bed and nursery furniture. Also take the time to find a pediatrician for your baby. Ask your current health care provider for recommendations and ask your friends and family for the names of the doctors they use to start building a list of professionals you can go through and choose the best fit for your own family.
