What Your Baby is Doing This Week
Your baby will continue to be very active and those first gentle flutters have long since given way to punches, jabs and kicks that will really get your attention. Start practicing your fetal kick count. Your baby should move around 10 times in an hour, if your baby moves less, call your doctor to rule out any problems your baby may be having.
What Your Body is Doing This Week
Your baby needs to excellent nutrition during these last weeks of pregnancy to put on weight and continue development. Make sure that you're getting enough iron. If you're not getting at least 30 milligrams of iron each day through the foods you eat and your supplement, you may be given an additional supplement but try to get it through food sources first and foremost.
